The 19th International Conference on Computer Theory and Applications (ICCTA 2009) will be organized by the Computer Scientific Society (CSS) in cooperation with IEEE organization –Alexandria subsection. The purpose of ICCTA 2009 is to serve as a multi-disciplinary forum for the exchange of information on research, development, and applications of all topics related to computer theory and its applications. ICCTA 2009 provides opportunities to researchers, specialists and vendors of Information Technology to get together and exchange ideas and expertise.

Alternatively, you can send a hard copy of the paper along with an electronic copy in PDF or MS-Word format (in IEEE double column format http://iccta.aast.edu/authorkit.pdf) to the conference correspondence.
Accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings conditional upon advance registration and presentation of the paper by at least one of the authors. Acceptance will be based on a rigorous peer review process.
