Call for Papers

Purpose & Scope

The 23rd International Conference on Computer Theory and Applications (ICCTA 2013) will be organized by the Computer Scientific Society (CSS) with technical co-sponsorship by IEEE Alexandria subsection. The purpose of ICCTA 2013 is to serve as a multi-disciplinary forum for the exchange of information on research, development, and applications of all topics related to computer theory and its applications. ICCTA 2013 provides opportunities for researchers, specialists and vendors of Information Technology to get together and exchange ideas and expertise.

ICCTA 2013 is sponsored by the Arab Academy for Science, Technology, and Maritime Transport (AASTMT), and its sessions will take place in Sheraton EL-Montazah Hotel – Alexandria – Egypt.

Paper Submission


The official language of the conference is the English language. Electronic paper Submission (in PDF format – maximum of 6 pages) is available from the conference website at http://iccta.aast.edu/signup.php (Submission to be in IEEE double column format – Please see templates at http://www.ieee.org/conferences_events/conferences/publishing/templates.html). Accepted papers will be published in the conference electronic proceedings (requested archival in IEEE Xplore) conditional upon advance registration and presentation of the paper by at least one of the authors. Acceptance will be based on a rigorous peer review process.

Fees cover attending sessions, proceedings CD, lunches, and coffee breaks for the period of the conference. Fees are for the first accepted paper. A discounted registration fee is available for extra papers by the same author.
