AASTMT Planetarium

The Academy is one of the 1st universities that has a planetarium
which was established for various educational purposes as well as to serve students
in the study of astronomy in the field maritime navigation

Alexandria

Alexandria has always been known as the Mermaid of the Mediterranean.
It is the second metropolitan city in Egypt and the main port.

Montaza Palace

A palace, museum and extensive gardens in the Montaza district of Alexandria, Egypt.
It was built on a low plateau east of central Alexandria overlooking a beach on the Mediterranean Sea.

The Lighthouse

This lighthouse is located on the "King's Tea Island" within the boundaries of the royal palace of Montazah
at the eastern end of the city of Alexandria .

The Citadel of Qaitbay

The Citadel of Qaitbay is a 15th-century defensive fortress located on the Mediterranean sea coast, in Alexandria, Egypt.
It was established in 1477 AD (882 AH) by Sultan Al-Ashraf Sayf al-Din Qa'it Bay.

ICCTA 2022

Purpose & Scope

The 32nd International Conference on Computer Theory and Applications (ICCTA 2022) will be organized by the Arab Academy for Science, Technology & Maritime Transport (AASTMT) in cooperation with the Computer Scientific Society (CSS) with technical co-sponsorship by IEEE Alexandria subsection. This conference is considered as the main scientific conference for CSS. The purpose of ICCTA 2022 is to serve as a multi-disciplinary forum for the exchange of information on research, development, and applications of all topics related to computer theory and its applications. ICCTA 2022 provides opportunities for researchers, specialists and vendors of Information Technology to get together and exchange ideas and expertise.

ICCTA 2022 will be organized as a hybrid (Physical/Virtual) conference.

Hybrid (Physical/Virtual) Conference will be held from 17-19 December 2022, in Alexandria - Egypt

Paper Submission

The official language of the conference is the English language. Paper submission and management will be through Microsoft Research Conference Management Toolkit at the following URL:
(Submission to be in IEEE double column format ).
Accepted papers will be published in the conference electronic proceedings (requested archival in IEEE Xplore - SCOPUS indexing) conditional upon advance registration of the paper by at least one of the authors. Acceptance will be based on a rigorous peer review process. A paper can be accepted as full or short paper based on the review process. All accepted papers will be presented in live conference sessions.
